Super Eagles Current form:
Played:5, Won:1, Drew:3, Lost:1
All 5 teams below us in FIFA rankings

Friendly 13/10/23, Saudi Arabia 2 - 2 Nigeria
Friendly 16/10/23, Mozambique 2 - 3 Nigeria
WorldCup Qual 16/11/23, Nigeria 1 - 1 Lesotho
WorldCup Qual 19/11/23, Zimbabwe 1 - 1 Nigeria
Friendly 08/01/24, Nigeria 0 - 2 Guinea

I expect us to draw today against Equatorial Guinea.
Lose against Côte d'Ivoire, and draw again against Guinea-Bissau.

I'd be happy if they prove me wrong. But I am not overly optimistic.
When Emmanuel Amunike comes in after AFCON, maybe we can then smile a bit.
But all in all; still got 100% love for the Green-White-Green 🇳🇬 and our boys.

Form book goes out the window when the big dance starts.
In all those matches (apart from Guinea that I did not see) we vastly outplayed the opposition. And only one of them had one of the best strikers in the world on our side.

I’m a fan and I call bull on today being a draw. I call a comfortable win.

As for the CIV game, I’ll be in the stadium. That alone is worth a couple of SE goals.

Have faith friends. And remember it’s a game and we’re fans.

...to prosecute and win a match comfortably you must be a professional, act as a professional, project the image of a professional. We don't in any of them.

It’s always good to dream but it’s the fans that don’t live by experience and have over inflated expectations that turn on the team eventually.
In 2013 after 2 draws and 2 penalties were needed to beat Ethiopia the over excited fan base said it was over especially when they were about to face a Drogba led Ivory Coast.
Well 2013 ended better than expected.

It is hard to admit but the team is very average.

The fact that Lesotho & Zimbabwe scored first.

In one game it required a defender to equalize.

In another it required Kelechi to do the same.

It also proves the following players are not contributing any goal or assists: Simon Moses, Ademola Lukemon, Iwobi, Chukweze and Aribo.

The team just depends on Victor for goals.

In my opinion we should not be afraid of radical changes.

Drop after the nations cup ineffective players.

No assist and no goals what is the point of having them in the team?

Not one of the above mentioned players can cross the ball for Victor to head.

We have others players to choose from: Tella, Akpom, Ejuke,Akpor ,Onyekuru, Olayinka etc

Sticking with my prediction, I sadly expect us to lose today.
