CAF is very weak
So, CAF decided to postpone AFCON because of the World club cup. However the Gold cup also kicks off this summer. nah real wah

They've improved by leaps and bounds since Moetsepe took over.
As for CWC, they had no choice but to avoid a scheduling conflict as four African clubs sides will be participating in that tournament

so why is the Gold Cup in a few weeks, the following CONCACAF teams are in it. Sounders, LA FC, Inter Miami, Pumas , Montery, Pachuca
