We really dont stand a chance in the Olympics proper anyway. Falcons are perennial underachievers at the global stage!

It's not Okon, he's been sacked. It's now Christopher Danjuma . It is time we realized that the coach is not the problem.

Are you serious?

I thought coaching is our problem?

Anyway, no esta code for Pinnick. Make he balance watch Arsenal.

The new coach is Chris Danjuma, not Peter Dadevoh.

So we missing back to back Olympics? Is this the same senior team that played in Canada a few weeks ago? Or is it U23 for broads as well?

Not sure about that. I expect more dominant performances from a team that has taken shape.

Peter Dedevboh remains the most tactically astute of all the female team coaches of recent years. He needs to be elevated to the Falcons from U-20 in my opinion. Direct quick passing attacking football which causes the world to fear us at that level. Not the crap the Falcons came to feed us here in Canada. Oshoala's perfomance showed once again that the team system has a great impact on player individual ability.

There are reports on twitter that Coach LeRoy was Whisked away after game as angry Congolese moved in to attack.
The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

Hope that's not true...

Losing to Nigeria is no disgrace (and dude seems a decent chap)...

Go and get your facts straight.
Stop confusing CE members.
