wAyo, I think I speak for all of us here that an OPEN APOLOGY is in order before this thread is allowed to pass on. Start a new thread and do the right thing.

I needed my weekend fix!
"How can someone qualify his country for the World Cup and then, because he lost a match, everyone is saying they should sack him. Please allow the man to do his work. Our ICs really make me sick with their ignorance. I really wish we had ICs with a modicum of footballing know-how.

Nigeria has its best crop of players for about two decades now. Watch them waste these boys.
Ayoakinfe-Not only are you the biggest hypocrite but you are turning out to be a bold face liar.

Were you not the one advocating that Osaze be played in the midfield stating that he was best suited as a play maker and Okocha's natural repleacement?

Now you are cursing ICs for ever playing him in the midfield. You think statements made in the past dont count? My friend everytime you contradict yourself like this you become an even bigger joke.

Just look at Ayo's hypocricy. Even a blind man can see this man for what he is.

Ayo's present statement:
I just want to curse Chukwuy and Eguavoen for playing this boy in midfield. Even a blind angel* can see that he is a striker. Period!

Our ICs really make me sick with their ignorance. I really wish we had ICs with a modicum of footballing know-how.

Ayo's past statements:
Osaze has never been a striker and was only drafted into that role against South Africa, Cameroon and Tunisia because the squad was depleted!

Osaze Odemigwe
I for one do not regard Osaze as a striker, as I see him as a playmaker in the mould of Kaka and consider him as the natural replacement for JJ.

Remember Osaze is also a brilliant playmaker too. Sometimes, a lot of people forget that Osaze is a midfielder and not a striker

Ayo's list of Midfielders

(12) Seyi Olofinjana
(13) Chris Obodo
(14) Paul Obiefule
(15) Austin Okocha
(16) Ifeanyi Ekwueme
(17) Wilson Oruma
(18) Osaze Odemigwe

Frenchie, this just shows how little you know about Osaze. At his club, he plays on the right side of midfield and for Bendel Insurance he was a playmaker.

Osaze is a lot more exprerienced than Kaka and should be aiming for those kind of heights. We are yet to see Osaze's full repartoire of skills as he is a natural playmaker and I think he can prove to be as talented as Kaka.

Inter change between Yujam and Ayo on Osaze's role:

Ayo:
We've told you about Makinwa but you refuse to listen. The guy is not that good yet.

Also, you list Osaze in midfield when he should really be a forward. I hope that by WC time, Nigeria can uncover a speedy and talented winger on the left, and perhaps a good right back to give Abbey a challenge on the right of defense..

Ayoakinfe response:
Osaze is a playmaker Yujam! Watch what happens to him when he moves club. Do not be surprised to see him performing a Kaka role when the 2004/05 season starts.

Annointed-Thanks for providing this information. Watch Ayo run away form this thread from this point on. The man think sey people no dey remember all em bufoon talk.

anointed, this thread will stay on page one until Ayo responds to Gotti!

Of course, he could also tender an unconditional apology.

No hacking work will get rid of this thread!

After reading Ayo's 10 pointer on the Arsenal-Juve game, I just needed to remind myself of how Ayo does not know what he is talking about.

You guys pay too much attention to Mr. Akinfe by the amount of replies his posts get although I understand that it is hard to resist trying to set him right. Why not do what I do; read his post and move on without posting a reply. He thrives on the attention his posts get. Maybe (just maybe) if he did not get as many replies he would stop issuing his annoying 10 pointers.

But this thread looks like Ayo will get up to see it for a long time.
