Schlupp (Leicester)
Duncan(Sampdoria)

What is with Ghanaians and this team B nonsense...........Schlupp was part of the qualifying team and was consistently benched by Baba who is Mileeeeeeeeessssssssss ahead of him

Boateng and Essien are past it and are not part of the team period and will never be part of the team

Yes we are missing 2 of our best midfielders Asamoah (injury) and Muntari (suspension) but that does not qualify this as a B team

Thanks for keeping it real, you guys have built an actual TEAM that fights for each other and plays together without division in the locker room. Enjoying this team well well...

True. This Ghana TEAM is good! If they keep their heads, they will defeat the Ivoriens. Stay disciplined at the back, they already have a good GK. Try to contain Yaya, and dare Gervinho... keep it tight with Bony.

Abedi did not play in that game..........he was suspended after picking up his second yellow of the tournament in the semi final against Nigeria

It is an all W African finals between two neighboring countries.

They are arguably the two best sides in the continent at the moment, having both beaten the supposed favorites.

They also represent the best footballing region on the continent

Both sides are loaded with quality players from top leagues

The last time one of these sides won the tourney was over two decades ago

Apart from the Algerians, these 2 were the other teams who
deserve to win the trophy at these games. They have both been knocking at
the door the last 4 or 5 nations cups with a number of final and semi-final
appearances between them.
