Aribo showing for the ball when we try and play out from the back
Pitch isn’t very good
IN OUR CASE, THERE IS NO TIME. NO SERIOUS COACH WILL TAKE THIS JOB

Pasamu on Monday Feb 22nd 2010 post ANC- I will repeat again, the problem with our team was never ability or personnel or even tactics . It was confidence pure and simple confidence. Amodus team had been spat upon, anything they did was dismissed as insignificant To see the team going from playing brilliant football against Egypt in the first half of their ANC group game to the cautious fear laden play against Zambia was sad.

The pitch is quite bumpy but it's better than the last one they played on.

Very useless possession. Just passes between defenders. Very boring. But I guess it is expected for a game where we have already qualified and Benin need a draw. Gentleman's agreement perhaps?
Bushboy's bushmen : 1.Isaac Success 2. Terem Moffi 3. Victor Boniface 4. Samuel Omorodion. 5. Samson Tijani. 6. Rafiu Durosinmi. 7. George Ilenikhena.
Who will be next?

Nigeria clearly the superior team but...
Kelechi playing too deep, almost a playmaker instead of second striker.
Despite that, we are still relying on longballs to Osimhen and wide players (Samu and Onyekuru).
Would love to see us dominate the ball 30 yards ahead of where we are doing it. This passing at the back will not draw them out. Instead our superiority in the middle should give us the confidence to play through.
And Samu has to do better with the set-pieces. Two wasted already.

MY NAME IS WAKA-MAN, and YES, I AM A CHELSEA FAN. Please don't hate me - I was fan when David Ellery dashed Cantona two penalties as Man U beat us 4-0 in the FA Cup final. So I've paid my dues.

Our build up play is too slow and the ball just stays at the back. We need to play quicker balls forward

Our forward players appear not to be making runs, passing options are limited

Boring game, Nigeria is not improving. If Benin showed some ambition. They will score. Too much respect for Nigeria.
Winners do it the right way.

He’s really working hard on the left side; he’s already shown more in 30 mins than in his other appearances
