I was actually impressed with how Leyton played. They do no play your typical British kick ball. They tried moving the ball around and if not for nerves and lack of skill, they are a pretty decent side. Much more attractive football than some EPL teams

Good solid win. Lads were professional and was good to get minutes to fringe players. Miquel was tidy and mature, Henderson didn't do much but kept it simple and tracked back - doesn't look like a future Arsenal player I've got to say. But still, he did his job! Looks to have a good left foot delivery.

Courtesy of Opta stats:
There were more passes in Arsenal's game v Leyton Orient than in the Arsenal v Barcelona match 2 weeks ago (1114). Purity.

L Orient's total of 499 passes v Arsenal tonight is higher than 13 of the 14 PL away teams to play at the Emirates this season. Pluck.

ha...figured. If they get 3-4 decent players, they'd be quite good.

Yep, and even Barca crushed a vastly inferior team this season 5-0! (in an unclassic) lol

kpele. Didn't the Manure reject Neville annihilate you guys from the FA cup last week?
My bad. I forgot that we were four goals up.
you were never that good...you only managed one goal that was canceled out before you went on to lose....@ home!
I'm bringing over few friends. Judge Barca, Doctor Mancity and Engineer Man U. Will you be home?
Looks like you forgot that Man City ran away from Emirates with a draw after we disgraced them at home...we have met Barca only once so far this season, and we promptly defeated them. We met Man U once this season and lost to them at home....Please remind me again what happened last time we met Chokesea....my memory is fading...

there hasn't been a more useless centerback since Senderos
Good result. Just wanted to say Senderos was way better. Maybe Pascal Cygan is a better yardstick :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

Even though we scored 5, there are some players who are now surplus to requirements
