This is what we expect from the super eagles coaches.
But instead they will invite only 3 midfielders and 17 forwards.

I guess...

I am still waiting to see someone who I can say is for the future.

Maybe it is too early in the tourney???
Agreed. I don't see the IT factor in any of them, but they are a well coached unit from the evidence of this half.

i have so much hop eon Daga... however our goalie is suspect
Goalie is probably the only sure thing we have

Solid defence (Benjamin Frederick is definitely a standout player)

Energetic midfield- Daga/Eletu pivot looks promising

Attack- Abysmal and lacking in punch.

So far so good.
I like the look of Daga and Eletu.
We need to learn to keep possession to alleviate pressure atimes. You don’t always have to play forward if the option isn’t there.
The guys upfront are not it.
All in all, we have not been outplayed as I was worried based on comments about the team prior to this game.

They're definitely playing better today. They've really been playing as a unit in this game. So far, I'm impress with the team's tactical discipline. I guess the first game was a case of first-match jitters. Hopefully, they win this game or at least settle for a draw.

Goal Nigeria
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Excellent goal!!!
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14

I think Spain’s by far the best league.
