So going to a retirement league at 26 is good enough a standard for you? not saying Ndidi shouldn't go and earn his mullah in Saudi, but that will signify a death knell to his SE career which he has to be mature enough to understand, no hard feelings...we will always appreciate his service to the NT.

That name hurts. That guy had speed, dribbling and deceptive leaping ability like Weston Mckinney/Tim Cahill. He was always my first signing when I used to play FIFA 14.

Imo Ezekiel's is just one of many Nigerian players who performed in the Belgian league and couldn't perform elsewhere regardless of quality of the league. Conventional wisdom suggests that when a quality player faces inferior competition in a lower league his quality will clearly show. It did for Ighalo in Saudi, even Musa had some success in Saudi too. Imho, Ezekiel was just overhyped.

Imo Ezekiel's is just one of many Nigerian players who performed in the Belgian league and couldn't perform elsewhere regardless of quality of the league. We will never know how good he could’ve been. The guy scored 30 goals in 3yrs in the Belgian league and instead of moving to a top 5 league or even to the Dutch league, he went to Qatar for the money. Then went on loans a couple times in the same Belgian league before subsequent loans in Turkey and a short stint in the Spanish league.

I think he received bad advice from his agent. He had the skills to be better than Daddy-Ajala Simon.

The Roma fans are excited about him joining them, Nacho is definitely underrated and his module of play will fit in well in Seria A, support strikers thrive there than in the premier league
