dont you think you are doing Osaze injustice by always comparing him to that midget waste from Sunderland? Has that midget even scored up to 10 goals yet?

Maybe its me, but I'm sensing that you MAY not like Gyan, I could be wrong though ! :tic:

In all fairness, Asamoah Gyan is a decent forward, offers good workrate, willingness to lead the line and has eyes stationed at the front of his head. One cannot overrule the significance of coaching styles and strategy in any such discourse. Odemwingie, though having scored a few goals under Hodgskon's pragmatic approach was far more potent playing at the helm of Di Matteo's forward-thinking formation. Steve Bruce on the other hand is Mr Pragmatism, a scholar of real time and practical experiences as opposed to theory. If its not one upfront against the bigger teams, its a narrow midfield and minimal creative freedom, with 'previous' wielding its influence on his rationale. One cant undervalue the significance of these contributions to the produce of each player.

...Maoam Cham-crap is more fitting a comparison, playing for the world's most attacking team, Barcelona aside, he has proved as useful as Michael Phelp's autobiography to Osama Bin-Bottom of the Ocean ("you dead fooooool"). After flashing in the frying pan, the fire has exposed this free transfer as far from top four quality. Benched by Niklas Bendtner says it all. "Its his first season"...as it is Osaze's. Even DJ Campbell has offered more consistency than this failure. The sooner his details are handed over to Team America with fabricated stories of training camps in his backyard the better.

PS: On the topic of Maoam Cham-crap, t'is rumoured that, despite his limited command of the English language he's managed to string a couple sentences requesting a 'gagging order' for an affair a few months back. Watch this space! sauce: Peppered peanut suace with a side order of kola nut.

The way some of you talk about Gyan gives the impression that Nigeria don't like him because he scored against us and probably because his country men like him. Lets not act as if we hate the boy because his one of Ghanian best materials at the moment. Or are we scared of him?

Gyan is a very good player my brothers. Your festering hatred for Ghanaians shouldn't cloud your judgment.

Yes in Italy. Gyan is a top striker, but Osaze is value for money.

Osazee's intelligent, technically sound. Fast too. Consistent performer for club and country. Will pick him over Gyan. However, Gyan is also very talented.
