Arsenal make just one change from the team thumped by Bayern Munich in midweek but it could be a key one as Laurent Koscielny returns at centre-back in place of Gabriel.

Arsenal: Cech: Debuchy, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin, Cazorla; Campbell, Ozil, Sanchez; Giroud

Spurs make just three changes from the side who started against Anderlecht in Europa League.

In come Kyle Walker, Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele.

Tottenham: Lloris (c), Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose; Alli, Dier; Dembele, Eriksen, Lamela; Kane

On Tottenham's run of one win in 25 at Arsenal: "That record is nothing but embarrassing. It's absolutely shocking. If you're a Tottenham player, you're wanting to put that right. That is nowhere near good enough. It's just a shocking record, hence Arsenal always finishing above Spurs in the table." John Hartson

Looks like one of those games where AW (and team) decide to lay an egg. So many times our competitors drop points after playing before us, and we promptly oblige them by also dropping points.

Go Gunners. Forget history and win this one!

Nah, not today.....we will deal with Spurs!

Ozil+Cazorla should get on the ball and Sanchez, Campbell and Giroud will do the rest...

The only real worry for me is we don't have much on the bench, but it should not come to that tbh.

2 rested but speedy FBs & a power attacking midfielder - how do we counter that?? hope we don't suffer from these 3.
If I give you a good wine, you will see how it tastes and after you ask where it comes from,'' ""To put players in my team who are not good enough will not strengthen the England team, and would weaken the Arsenal team.''The only thing I can say is that whenever England do not win it is always my fault, even when I am not at the game".Wenger said.

This is your best team in like 15 yrs, and Arsenal is missing key players, yet you are nervous. TFCO is right about your cowardly Spuds.

A small prayer not asking for much:

Father Lord, please give Spurs a clean sheet while Kane, Dembele, Eriksen, Lamela and Rose all get to score. Ok, just a clean sheet and one of those guys to score. For avoidance of doubt, not into ARSEnal net :D.
