I still think that the best way CAF can help African teams prepare for the world cup is to increase the amount of games played by African teams in qualifiers.

Maybe two groups of 12 teams. First 4 teams in each group qualify. The 5th team in each group will play in a playoff. First 16 teams qualify for Afcon.
Winners do it the right way.
