FIrst, my opinion:
1. The eagles are playing attacking football and confirmed by Shaun Bartlett who was a studio analyst last night on SS ("Nigeria are a very attacking team but they find it difficult to break down the opponents,"). But Nigeria needs to perfect this before the next match.
2. Its clear Rohr studied the Guinean team and came up with strategy to nullify them. Moses Simon was drafted to the right wing to support Awaziem in Nullifying the Kamano threat. Worked perfectly.
3. Everything happened on the right side of the field field for Nigeria yesterday. You can see the player ratings of the players that were more right oritented.
4. Again, Etebo had the 2nd highest rating in the team.
5. As I mentioned, we would be witnessing late changes which would be due to replacing tired players rather than tactical.
6. THe game against Madagascar, Rohr should start his first team (Collins and Kalu would be back) while shuffling the midfield between Mikel, Etebo and Ndidi.
7. From the match stats, Nigeria did better in all indices apart from possession. While the Guineans were side passing and passing at the back, Nigeria lauched quick and direct attacks.
8. Guys, Awaziem was immense. You should check out his stats.
