I like this move for him.Otitokoro wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 10:26 pm Abraham Marcus Ayomide to Portimonense S.C. for the rest of the season (from SD Feirense - D2)
Good enough move, which will allow him to showcase his skills in the Portuguese Primeira Liga (similar path to Sanusi Zaidu with Santa Clara).

Good reason to now watch fyenoordOtitokoro wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 9:07 pm Cyriel Dessers to Feyenoord.
Very good move for him and he can have a fresh start with a top dutch club, as well as have some Europa Conference League action.
This should help him force his way back into reckoning for the SE.
Happy for the lad.

Re: Transfer Rumours
Francis Uzoho terminates his contract with Apoel Nicosia. An unknown party has paid compensation to the Cypriot team.

Re: Transfer Rumours
He’ll be too far down the pecking order to have any effect on Nacho’s playing time. Given Rodgers’ antecedents, Perez and Albrighton will be favored over Lookman… Ricardo Pereira might even be moved forward in preferenceEMIR KONGI JAFFI JOFFA wrote: ↑Tue Aug 31, 2021 8:14 pm Lookman going to Leicester will likely mean fewer games for Nacho if Lookman is played in a 433. Re: Transfer Rumours
Hmm, he is a free agent and clubless at the moment, doesn't look good but the advantage is he can sign for any club even after transfer deadline.

One wonders what could have happened here.

Re: Transfer Rumours
I disagree. I see Lookman and Barnes starting on the wings, while Perez and Albrighton will drop to the bench. Kelechi will probably mainly start in the league if they play a front two, and more often than not will come off the bench. Kelechi will also probably start most of the cup games.

Pereira will start most games either as a RB or RWB.

Actually, Leicester’s own projection has him being mainly a backup for Barnes on the left sideolu wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 11:31 pmolu wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 11:28 pmolu wrote: ↑Thu Sep 02, 2021 11:27 pm I disagree. That would be a dream move. Hope it materialises. Our players seem to be always linked to top clubs then end up moving to Russia or Turkey.

Aribo On Crystal Palace Radar
https://www.footballinsider247.com/sour ... star-aribo
Sources: Crystal Palace plot raid for 'phenomenal' Rangers star Aribo
Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on Rangers star Joe Aribo, Football Insider understands.
The versatile midfielder, 25, is a key member of Steven Gerrard’s side and displayed glimpses of star quality during his three seasons at the club.
An industry source has told Football Insider that Aribo is on Palace’s radar going into next year and his situation at Ibrox will be closely monitored.
The left footer, who can operate in central and attacking midfield roles as well as out wide, has a contract with the Glasgow giants that runs until the summer of 2023.
Palace signed two central midfielders during a summer of extensive recruitment.
Will Hughes joined from Watford for around £6million and Conor Gallagher was a loan signing from Chelsea.
Hughes has yet to make his Palace debut after an early season injury but Gallagher has made a big impression since his temporary arrival.
However, he is due to return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season and that means Palace will be in the market for a new midfielder.
Aribo is generally played in advanced midfield roles by Steven Gerrard as he is comfortable combining the play and is a regular scorer and creator of goals.
The former Charlton man has started all eight of Rangers’ Scottish Premiership matches this season among 15 appearances in all competitons.
Football Insider columnist and Celtic legend Frank McAvennie is among those who believe the seven-times Nigeria international is an outstanding talent and ex-Rangers star Steven Thomson has hailed him as “phenomenal”.
