STARTING LINEUP

as per own goal we will be playing 352
*********************************OKOYE*********************************
********AKPOGUMA*********BALOGUN************TROOST***********
AINA*******************ETEBO********ARIBO*******************SANUSI
********************************IWOBI**********************************
*****************CHUKWUEZE********IHEANACHO*********************
If this is true, it is actually not a bad lineup given the players at our disposal.
I would employ Rohr to monitor the fitness of Aribo and Iwobi and make the changes sooner rather than later.

As I indicated weeks ago ,it appears Rohr does not trust Ejuke. He will use him only as a late sub. Also it seems he has little faith in Dennis. I have to say I've watched both players, and they both seem rather inconsistent.
His switching to a 352 shows he does not see an adequate winger other than Chukwueze at the moment.
I dont think Dennis or Ejuke have seized the opportunity to lay a solid claim to their team spot. Once Lookman joins, they will be on backup duty, only called if players are injured.

Its not about faith. African away games are not like playing spartak Moscow or West Ham, no time for experimentation.

Dennis was carrying an injury and Rohr could’ve easily continued not to call up Ejuke and has Lookman filed for a switch yet?

Rohr will tell us the agreement with Akpoguma soon.
I'm not too worried about how we start, let's see how he manages the game.

It's easy to know why he doesn't trust Ejuke: Excessive ball hugging

Should he play 5 strikers instead?

He was waiting for his German defenders now, that he can really carry out his instructions

Not every player can start, he might be saving Dennis and Ejuke to come on and add spark if needed. Lets just hope Rohr will sub when players are clearly tired.

3-5-2 against Sierra Leone. This is now the new normal for Nigeria?

This has got nothing to do with trusting Ejuke. The issue here is problem solving for Rohr.....
One of Musa or Ekong must start
Akpoguma starts - condition of switch
Thus the above line-up
Ur playing Sierra Leone FFS....be bold....attack them, don’t p*ssy out...
Bet you this will be the most boring game we played again just like against Madagascar.....

You must be an optimist.....nothing Rohr has ever done should give u that hope unless we are 4-0 down...and that’s not even guaranteed

This List can't be correct tho.
I don't see Musa starting from the bench.
