:rotf: :rotf: Uncle EII, you sabi come up with nonsensical qualities that don't amount to much for players o. This is similar to a striker being handful for CBs instead of scoring.

That is definitely welcomed and amazing. Neither Okoye nor Uzoho have been able to do this.

Welcome to new age football. I sabi say the only role goalkeepers should have, in your view, is stoppinng opponents from scoring. No be so? Aha, that age don pass long ago. Nowadays, 1naija, goalikepees are expected to distribute ball accurately to team mates. In this guy's case, the case is not that he makes the rudimentary distribution to closeby teammates, he shows in that vodeo that his distribution is accurate far up the field putting a team mate in scoting positions. Aha... you should now understand.

Now watch the video again with that in mind.

The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

Actually he is pretty decent. He was one of the few players who came out of that Mexico game with his reputation intact but needs to do more to earn a place in the illustrious Neo Nueves Hart Foundation. :taunt: :tic:

That is definitely the standout aspect of his game, he also built quite the reputation at away venues in the NPFL where he seemed to master the dark arts with his "antics", the jury's still out on him IMO but he does have all the aspects I'd want to see in a Keeper and the South Africans love a Keeper that can distribute the ball

BK Häcken has completed a loan of 21-year-old Franklin Tebo Uchenna. The midfielder comes from Nigerian Nasarawa United FC and the loan extends the season.

Franklin Tebo Uchenna comes from Nigeria and has last season played in the Nigerian top league with his Nasarawa United FC, which finished in fourth place in the table. He was scouted during a tournament organized by Tiki Taka Academy this spring.

- We were in Nigeria to look for a midfielder and Franklin was the player who stood out the most - he was the most mature in his game and had come the furthest in his development. He fits well into the profile we have been looking for, says sports director Martin Ericsson.

Franklin Tebo Uchenna has started most of the team's matches during the season and is now replacing the green colors with yellow-black. He is doing his first training with the club today.

- I am very happy to be here, it is a professional environment I have ended up in and I look forward to getting to know the team and the club, says Franklin Tebo Uchenna.

Martin Ericsson on the new acquisition:

- Franklin has a very good physique with both flexibility, strength and speed - qualities that give him good conditions to become a very good midfielder. Now we get the chance to see him in place in our environment, which feels exciting. Hopefully he can meet our expectations and we can exercise the option we have.

The loan extends the season with an option for another four years.

Just over a year since joining Hacken, Tebo plays his role in his club winning their first ever Swedish League Title as their third CB, hopefully he'll fully break into the first XI next season.

That's the thing with home based players, they aren't home based for long.

Nwabali with his 3rd clean sheet (5 apps) of the 23/24 season so far. They have a big game today vs Olisa Ndah's Orlando Pirates

1.96m Nigerian central arrives in Santa Maria da Feira

Isah Ali is the third winter reinforcement of CD Feirense for what remains of the 2023/24 season. The 22-year-old center joins the Fogaceiro club, from Remo Stars FC after having had an experience in the First Division of Ghana, at Inter Allies.

The young Nigerian has a physical print of respect - 1.96m - he is central defense and is left-hand. Frequent presence in his country's youth teams, Isah Ali has also been called up once for the Nigerian main national team.

The new number 13 is another option for the defensive axis on the orders of Ricardo Sousa.
