Wingers should be making diagonal runs behind the defence.

Iheanancho should have given the ball to Musa there.

And that what his club coach said about him, that he gives the ball away too often

Iheanacho, Collins and Aribo adding very little to this team right now. Iheanacho is particularly wasteful.
Musa serving humble pie is massive vats.

What was Awaziem doing there? Shouldn't he be trying to get into a good position?

We are not using the wide areas enough; the goal came from a decent delivery from the flanks

Trying to pass through this congestion is what failed in Lagos
IN OUR CASE, THERE IS NO TIME. NO SERIOUS COACH WILL TAKE THIS JOB

Pasamu on Monday Feb 22nd 2010 post ANC- I will repeat again, the problem with our team was never ability or personnel or even tactics . It was confidence pure and simple confidence. Amodus team had been spat upon, anything they did was dismissed as insignificant To see the team going from playing brilliant football against Egypt in the first half of their ANC group game to the cautious fear laden play against Zambia was sad.

Midfield doesn't have quality on long balls to allow the wingers / wingbacks take advantage of transitions.

Hope they realize from now that putting the ball on the ground is better than all the silly lobs.
