Algeria won Arab Cup, yet their team for AFCON has been seriously upgraded with Euro based. They dont even have any Algerian based players except for their 3rd string keeper and their league is still much better than ours.

Morocco won the CHAN and yet their first team is entirely Euro based. Their homebased guys have been camped together since Arab cup and yet the coach still is using over 99% euro based for AFcon.

Yet you want to stuff our team with rejects who cannot even accomplish anything at CHAN.
