Looks like a favorable path to the finals for Nigeria. No possible Cameroon or any North African team until the finals. We play two possible runners up winners before the finals. Sweet!!

... but Nigeria MUST win or draw their final group game on Wednesday for all these matchups to be possible.

Apparently we are already guaranteed top of the group because of our head to head vs Egyptโ€ฆ

CAF are obsessed with head to head. GD factors in further down..in fact the first GD is the H2H GD.
Buhari, whose two terms thankfully ground to a constitutional halt in May. (One thing both democracies have going for them is that their leaders, however bad, have only two terms to swing the wrecking ball.) Under Buhari, growth per head also plunged to 0. An economic agenda drawn from the dusty pages of a 1970s protectionist handbook failed to do the trick. Despite Buhariโ€™s promise to tame terrorism and criminality, violence flourished. Despite his reputation for probity, corruption swirled. FT
