Chief, e clear you? We should have won by at least 3 if not for bad decision making in front of goal.

:rotf: All that speed and dribbling that works with European players does not work in Africa where we have speedsters and dribblers galore.

Still musings of yesterday's win - Moses Simon really parted the Red Sea
1. He tore the ligament of his Egyptian marker with a sharp cut-back
2. The replacement marker was so overwhelmed, they needed 2 more players to assist in tracking down Moses...

Nigeria beat Egypt because they had better players than Egypt, my man of the match, Moses Simon, he can work though on his finishing
So angry Nigeria got kicked out of the world cup once again, i nearly told my wife that i caught my girlfriend with another man today!

Still a lot of work to be done. It is just one game.We have to be more clinical in front of goal.
Winners do it the right way.

Not bad, except for the misinformation that the Government send players to European Academies (even if some state Governments have academies and collaborations with European clubs).

The twitter comments are also interesting.

Almost no point going back to Rohr matter, but he should been fired DURING the 2018 World Cup after the first game against Croatia. He was sucking the life out of the team with his mentality and was not going to change. I said it here on this forum right after that Croatia game. It was time to make a statement.

1 good half against Iceland, and he reverted back to his defensive shell.

Well done to the team. Long tournament ahead hopefully, but a very good start.
yes but most of our current SE played for EPL/European Academies ( Kele, Ekong, Aribo, Aina) etc
