What will José Peseiro be observing?

Post by OJI »

I am at a loss with Pinnick's decision.

Does the grass need to be cut 0.5 inch lower?
Do the players needs complex carbohydrates 1 hr before the game?
The jerseys need to be looser?
The home jersey should be red? As in Portuguese red?
That the players don't play in Chelsea, Man U, etc?

The real observation is he should observe that he is NOT needed.

Egu should stay.

Best SE game since we beat Cameroon 4-0.

Very impressed with our team today. Egu has transformed them. The high pressing was a joy to watch. We dominated Egypt like they were a nobody. What did Salah do all match ?

Exactly, Peseiro can work in some sub-managerial capacity with the coaching staffs but we need consistency and momentum, and that's what Egu offers now.

If he has already been hired then we need BOTH managers on the bench. Egu's influence must stay with this team.

Simon ?

He was very good at dribbling and defending but his END PRODUCT was woeful as always.

He had Awoniyi WIDE OPEN for an easy goal in the first half but decided to shoot from an imposible angle.

If he can learn to cross and find players in the box he can be a very good player. Truth is though he kills attacks at the very last and most critical moment.

It's about time you start being generous with praise and economical with complaints with regards to Moses Simon. :)

I hope Eguavon wins the damn thing again on behalf of Nigerian coaches if only to send a statement to the powers that be.

It's not below NFF or whatever these jokers are called these days to even sabotage their team in order to get their clown in.
