Re: SE Transfer rumors
The athletic is reporting that Aribo is on his way to Southhampton.

Meanwhile, the lazy people at owngoal just straight up copy and paste the story without giving credit.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Ebuehi has secured a permanent move to Empoli from Benfica. He only needed 1 season to show his value after injury, way to Tyrone. Now we can move on from Aina and onto Ebuehi and Osayi Samuel of Fenebache.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Move on from Aina based on what? Osayi is a welcome addition to our full-back depths of course but to suggest that Aina be discarded is asinine. ...regardless of club form, Aina remains one of our key players.EMIR KONGI JAFFI JOFFA wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 6:27 am Ebuehi has secured a permanent move to Empoli from Benfica. Re: SE Transfer rumors
Ebuehi is a fan favourite but there are legit questions whether he is sturdy enough to perform at a high level on the African terrain.Tobi17 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 11:49 amMove on from Aina based on what? African football is beans. The ONLY thing that levels the playing field is the horrible pitches we play on. With good playing surface, minnows will be minnows.Damunk wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 12:53 pmEbuehi is a fan favourite but there are legit questions whether he is sturdy enough to perform at a high level on the African terrain.Tobi17 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 11:49 amMove on from Aina based on what? One question I'd love to have answered is what the professionals exposed to African footie for the first time found most challenging.
What surprised them the most and how did they learn to adjust?
Balogun, Aina, Ekong, Aribo, Bassey, Iwobi....

The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. We are prone to overestimate how much we understand about the world and to underestimate the role of chance in events -- Daniel Kahneman (2011), Winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Onyekuru has returned to Turkey for the 4th time after Olympiakos loaned him to Adana , a Turkish Div 1 team. Seems like Turkey is the only place he can play football.

VILLAAREAL WANT TO SIGN SADIQ UMAR
I think it is going to happen very soon.
Jesus didn't die so we could have religion. He died so we could have a deep, intimate, personal relationship with God.
