Wow this is a career ending move- how old is he that he moves to a real backwater league. He has closed the door on national team call ups for sure with this move.EMIR KONGI JAFFI JOFFA wrote: ↑Mon Aug 01, 2022 8:11 pmHe needs consistent run of games, should get it there.

Maybe his injury is a 'career-limiting' one.Flex Swift wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 10:53 amWow this is a career ending move- how old is he that he moves to a real backwater league. Otherwise it doesn't make sense to most of us.

He’s owned by Boavista in Portugal, not exactly a top team in Portugal. Hadjut Split Is constant in Europa league and even qualified by CL a few times though they didn’t qualify for Europe this yr. Though they’re not in a Top 5 league, H split is an ambitious and aggressive club. I don’t see anything wrong with it. He’s still very relevant to SE if he plays regular.

The difficulties of statistical thinking describes a puzzling limitation of our mind: our excessive confidence in what we believe we know, and our apparent inability to acknowledge the full extent of our ignorance and the uncertainty of the world we live in. Use your brain more than the keyboard. The boy needs playing time and he's not going to Barca or Bayern, frankly hasn't played enough football over the yr + due to injuries.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Lookman is very close to being signed by Atalanta (15 million euros). This would be a great move for him.
The transfer is complete but conditional on Miranchuk moving from Atalanta to Torino - the latter transfer is almost done and dusted.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Thanks for the updates. I was wondering about the status of the transfer.
I am happy
Re: SE Transfer rumors
This might be good for him. Stay fit and play for a full season in a decent league. Hopefully he gets his confidence back too.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
This could be the big one! Almeria have received an offer of €25 million for Sadiq Umar from an unnamed European team.
The rumours Flying about is that the offer is from Borussia Dortmund, who are looking for a replacement for their recent signing, Sebastian Haller, who was diagnosed with testicular cancer and is undergoing treatment.

I'm hearing this from various sources as well, if it pulls through, it will be a massive move for our boy.Dammy wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 1:09 pm This could be the big one! Almeria have received an offer of €25 million for Sadiq Umar from an unnamed European team.

Wow! That'll be great if it happens. I think Sadiq still has a could be worth £60m plus in a couple yrs. Almeria would be wise to keep him but they're almost guaranteed relegation because they never really spend much to improve. Sadiq should take it and run.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Nice move. Atalanta plays good football. Hopefully they can challenge for a spot in Europe this season. It won't be easy though.

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Little known Nigerian striker, Victory Beniangba, has transferred to La Liga team, Celta Vigo, from Egypt. He was a former player of Bayelsa United
I am happy
Re: SE Transfer rumors
Not seeing this reported elsewhere except “ from Nigerian sources” own goal included. Anyone have more insight. Word is they are looking at Cavani to replace Haller

Re: SE Transfer rumors
Yup. Only Nigerians sources seem to be reporting it meaning it’s likely unreliable. I can’t imagine a club like Dortmund shopping for a striker and only Nigerian sources reporting. Hopefully it’s true .
