I am glad that it is working. I like it but tbh I was not 100% convinced based on my earlier concerns. However, this is great. Years ago, I talked with one of the chieftains of the NFF and he was exasperated about the state clubs not given youngsters opportunities to play despite FA efforts behind the scenes and other public ones.
