Not true. He was decent when he was starting. The new coach has preferred others. Btw, the team has actually gotten worse since the new coach started.

Onuachu no be am abeg, he should just enjoy his retirement money in the championship soon :rotf:

And Aribo should never come anywhere close to the NT anytime soon, the guy is crap. I would rather Iheanacho plays the No 10 along with Iwobi and then stick Yusuf as the CDM.

Pls let Onuachu settle before making such conclusions. I doubt if he practiced with the team. Not gonna score a hatrick off the bench in his first game.

Nacho that can't trap a ball to play #10 ?

Abeg. I'll take Aribo any day of the week instead.

That experiment has failed many times. Cost Rohr his job.

Aribo isn't good enough, a bench player at best. Nacho did well under Rohr playing as a 10 in some games, in a 352 system, either of Nacho, Lookman or Akpom can effectively play behind Osimhen/Moffi.

Nacho never played well under Rohr.

The 442 with Nacho is literally what killed Rohrs team.

Nacho could work ONLY in a 352 alongside Osimehn, where he is not playing AM.

He is our best shooter, has good passing and high IQ, it's just that his touch is horrible so he should never play AM or in a 442 where the 2nd striker has to play the defacto #10 position.

WC 2018 and beyond Nacho was piss poor for Rohr.

He played well when Rohr first started pre WC 2018.

It takes a while to settle into the EPL, no matter your pedigree.
Great strikers like Henri, Bergkamp and countless others didn’t just turn up and start banging in goals.
E no easy like that.

First few minutes, it will take him time to settle but what’s worrying is his teammates are very poor I’m not sure he will get anywhere close to the service he got in Belgium. But hope dey sha…I don’t know if he’s the type of striker that can make things happen on his own…

That's not the reason they signed him. They want him to finish the few chances they do create, something they haven't done very well.

Aka they want him dunking not taking people off the dribble for 3 pointers.

Tell that to those useless players, I didn’t see a single alley oop that he could put away…

Well, first, he needs the service. Two, even if he gets the service, he has to deal with a higher level of opposition than he is used to.
VvDjik, Cancelo, Silva, Dias, Arnold no dey Belgium, so he has to step up his game.

Cancelo was loaned to Bayern. Besides, if he was guarding Onuachu it will be an easy dunk all day. It will be like Mogsy Bogues or Tyrone Lue guarding Shaq.
