Stretching the ‘lie’ Keshi could play as a defensive midfielder and not just as a defender….. so the ‘omen’ is good for us lol.
On the bad omen side - we lost 1988 and 1990 finals to the same teams we played in the group matches.
Good omen, we lost to Algeria in 1990 and drew Cameroon in 1988 group stages. This time we beat CIV in the group stages and hav never lost to them when we played them in all out 3 previous championship wins.
Real life data… all that is history and counts for **** all lol.
Summary - we are winning tomorrow
