We always try and give everyone an opportunity to reflect, rather than just jump in and sanction.
Some will hear word and quietly stand corrected.
Others will want to argue and carry shoulder, even continue doing the same thing

I always prefer the ‘friendly’ warning approach, but not everyone understands it.
It’s the friendly warning before the yellow card which can follow within seconds, if necessary.
