Do u think that NFA bungled up players registration?

I really don't know if they messed up the registration of Ahmed ''Yaro Yaro'' Garba or not. And what about Ndidi Anumanu the captain of Iwuanyawu Nationale also playing for Enyimba in CL matches. Was he at the time a duely registered player of Enyimba and no longer playing for Iwuanyawu? Would somebody please clear this up for me.
