Okocha, EPL and other usergroups

Will this usergroup function allow "private forums" as written in the instructions?
The reason I ask is because a few people have complained about all the English Premier League posts not relating to Nigerian football.
Does it mean that there can be an Okocha Forum, EPL frorum etc
