i thought sprint hurdling required speed and strength but maybe im wrong

U.S dominates Swimming more than Athletics. China have won 1 Gold in race walk already.
If they go back to that caterpillar fungus that made their middle and long distance female runners run impossible times in Stuttgart World championships in 1993, they will share with the Africans.
The way they discovered and embraced music star Emmanuel Uwechue, a k a Hao Ge, they might just unearth and develope some budding african athletic talents.
