The World Athletics DSD regulations only apply to people who are biological males.
Basically to be considered DSD you have to meet the following criteria

1. Have 46XY chromosomes
2. Have male testosterone levels.
3. Have testes
4. No Ovaries
5. Androgen-sensitive

If you meet the criteria above then you are by definition a biological male. None of the people in that picture would have been barred if they did not meet the criteria above. Therefore they are biological males.

Finally the CAS case indicates that Semenya has a condition called 5 Alpha Reductase Deficiency. This is a condition that occurs only in biological males.

Theres too much gross ignorance on this topic because the media is not at liberty to discuss the athletes medical details. There is also willful ignorance on the part of IOC officials resulting in a situation where its possible for males to fight females in boxing.

It has nothing to do with being masculine. The athletes were tested. They met the criteria I posted above. Which means they are biological males. And which is why they were restricted. They appealed the case to CAS and their appeal did not succeed.

Futhermore the CAS case which is available online mentions 5ARD as the relevant applicable condition. This is a condition which only occurs in males.
