Ceremony not yet held & athletes are already going home.
Some events have started competition and some of the athletes who competed in those events are about to go home even thought the opening ceremony has not been held.
Sorry if you in rowing events and you come 5th, 6th, 7th, etc, sometimes 4th too; you will no longer be competing, you are going home.
