We let him run as much as he wants. No holds barred.
No more talent drain and we expect a dip in Kenya's medals as "their" talent pipeline from Uganda dries up.

Thanks for the correction! I actually saw him in action as a very young kid during the late 70's. That's the year the late Henry Rono broke 4 world records in a period of 90 days. At the event, there was a very diminutive Ethiopian runner known as Miruts Yifter who had a devasting kick in the 10,000 meters. He looked at least 45 at the time I saw him run. I'm not so sure Akii Bua was the first medal. Uganda used to win medals in other events, besides track and field. Rafiki, Idi Amin supported sports, especially boxing. Remember he was a boxer. And those guys routinely won medals.
