Morocco wins steeplechase gold. US surprisingly wins silver! Three Ethiopians were in front of the pack for a long time, but one of them fell at the last hurdle and took out another one of his countrymen. The other one saw the scene and lost the will to continue

Our young athletes have given their all. Even though there’s no hardware to show for it thus far, we can look forward to the women’s hurdles, the women’s long jump and the relays. Hope is still alive…
The even much better news is that we unveiled a handful of teenage athletes who should be seasoned up by the next go around

Cheers.

7th in the relay heat. Although the time they posted was better than the winners of the other heat (China). Seems like the heats were unbalanced to make sure France got in the final.

Men’s 4x100M, bouncing in the lineup like a souped up Impala. On your marks. Set. More Apollo Creed. Kenny Bednarek one-two stepping at the change over. Comical.

Kenny Bedstuy, sorry Bednarek’s coach has just released a mixtape claiming he has Covid hence the quintessentially American relay c*ck up. Makes sense. Sending Great British well wishes to Kenneth and Noah Liar, sorry Lyles.

Kenny is from Rice Lake, WI, this is his family,
we do not all come from the 'hood' bnp coach.
