They actually aren’t too bad. The issues are tactical and a lack of experience.

Because this is not about confederations but individual countries and players it present.
Japan beat Germany
Saudis beat Argentina
Morocco beat Belgium
Costa Rica beat Japan
Are they not all from supposely stronger confederations?
