I don’t know about all that, no power in the shots just passing/placing the ball rather than confidently hitting it.

What's a poor pk? Croatia goalie guessed right and made good saves. Good pks can be saved.

Lol. Players routinely kick soft pks (like Jorginho, messi, hazard, etc). They usually count until the rare times they get saved and look very 'poor'. ... sometimes you credit the goalie and move on. Pks na mostly guess work.
