Can CAF ban Cameroon from Participating in WC qualifiers

They have failed to win a game since 1998 and have had some of the most useless performances.

There are other African countries at this WC that haven't won since 1998; and some even further back..

It does not matter,Cameroon need to go to the drawing board hire a local coach or an African.Siasia is available and what is this with yeye whiteman?

But they keep qualifying! Other teams should ban them on the pitch.
The problem is once Cameroon qualifies for a competition like this, all the officials see are dollar signs from sponsors and FIFA and then all hell breaks lose! Players and the coaching staff become secondary considerations. There are coaches from the 1990 participation yet to receive their stipends! But at the end of the day, the 1990 fluke must now be retired. The team is a true reflection of the gov't as many have said.
