This Welsh team is not that good. USA should have been comfortable in this game with better overall execution.

the US coach is very disappointing. He had the tools to control Wale's second half change, but he allowed it to continue for 20 mins +

You sound like Alexis Lalas :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: He ran his mouth at halftime and now look.

The US is very talented but their inexperience and their coach has cost them this second half! Very difficult to coach an inexperienced team, no matter how talented they are... because they dont know how to control different aspects of the game, they dont know how to handle hardship or control their emotions etc etc. However, a better coach would have squeezed Wales in the beginning of the second half.

Its a bag chock full of inexperience from players to manager..

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. The thing that will sweet me will be watching Alexi Lalas after full time   When you run your mouth, with zero knowledge of the game, you end up looking foolish!

Big 50/50 Ethan Ampadu vs Thingybob…only one winner. Formality.

Hopefully the Mighty US of A will offer up the same dross on Friday. Have Sterling as outside bet for leading goal scorer in the group stage.

I told y’all that they weren’t systematic and they expended too much energy. It was madness to plat at that tempo in the first half. Of course folks called me a hater but anyone who’s been watching the game for a while would’ve observed that this pace was not sustainable

I was screaming at him to take out Sargeant and bring in Acosta earlier, move Weah center and remove Musah for Aaronson -- changing formation to a diamond midfield, would have squeezed Wales.

@Tx, sentiment aside, the US are merely there for the flight back home. Play like this on Friday and they’ll have more in common with Iran than they ever imagined. Thumped.
