Argentina should make a song about all the Africans playing for Saudi. That's all they're good at.

Look at the pace the high line is recovering against. Have seen a constipated bowel move faster. Comical. Argentina employ the same blistering speed of Di Maria and his Octogenarians against any half baked European outfit and they’ll have things done to them that aren’t safe before watershed.

Di Maria pacey… :rotf:

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Talking from your arSe again.

The problem is not the pace. They have Alvarez, Correa. They have pace.

Its the Saudi execution, workrate and discipline.

Will interesting to see the pacey Old Men up against the energiser bunnies of Mexico. If the Rey Mysterios are fully charged, they’ll ask the Argies to run more than a Kenyan in a steeplechase. Lose here and could well be curtains for the fleet footed Di Maria and co.

B*llocks! That high line would be murdered much like Liverpool’s, by anyone who can get in behind. An Ollie Watkins or Summerville would do. The fact of the matter remains, the high line has worked perfectly because Argentina are too slow to exploit it, needing the extra yard, they’re going too early. They can’t beat the Saudis in a foot race.

Let the same high line meet anyone with more gears than Angel Di-Mobility scooter and it’ll like watching Liverpool once more. Shafted good and proper. High line indeed.

Under 1 minute + injury time to go... I hope Fifa with their ways and means don't either add ridiculous injury time or give Argentina another pk.

Mercenary!
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Don’t need it. As erratic as ever. As long as they run, they’ll cause this bunch of OAPs a problem. There is absolute no way Scaloni starts so many of them in the next game. In fact would argue, his next line up sees a massive injection of younger and faster players. Di Maria and Uncle on the other flank were bread and milk.
