Man, a lot of games are similar but also seriously different too.

It's hard to generalize this one. Belgium was put on their heels but got a sucker punch in.

So is Belgium too old against a young Canada? Is Canada inexperienced and naive against a Belgium with guile and class?

Can Canada keep up the pace? Think USA in 2nd half against Wales.

Hope Davies is the first penalty taker, else he'll be criticized for trying to go for glory. First player to score since....blah blah blah....Should he have taken it?? Jonathan seems more suited. But he made some obvious mistakes, put the ball down early, stood over the ball for like 2 mins, didn't move etc. There could have been 3 penalties, the ref was wrong on the second calling a offside and the 3rd he just bottled it, perhaps because he had given one.

All good, perhaps Carl Larin should come in, highest goalscorer, need goals.

Slow it? Those quick transitions put Belgium under the gun. Their backline are seating deep cos they can't cope with the pace of the canadian youngsters.

Davies in particular is rushing it. They are letting this speed advantage get to their heads. No matter how fast you are, you can't be faster than the ball, a good example is the Belgian goal.

If he showed more poise whe
he got into the box once, Davies could have teed up Laryea for a sitter.
