Senegal is the first CAF team to beat a CONMEBOL team at the WC since Cameroon beat Argentina in 1990.

you cannot say first.. Cameroon were the first..just say they were the second .They've played Uruguay 3-3 lost to Colombia 2-1 and now waya Africa's 7th team 2-1

Guys, as always, I know what this means for you.

Africa has effectively 2 teams in the 2nd round too, as I think Morocco is a given...save a miracle.

But Ghana is likely to make it as well.

I still feel sorry for Equador because they showed some nice football.

After all is said and done in this group, I think Holland got lucky. I would the liked to see Equador join Senegal.
