Wow. I guess there was no real contact
We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

Thanks God for Ghana, it's not a penalty, but it looks like a penalty to me

Ok, I was wrong, that was a penalty. Not sure what referees are doing this WC.

Their goalie acting right now. Didn't get hurt, but falls in heap.

And now they dive for a penalty.

Its not a dive.
Ghana dodged a bullet there...

Amartey should never have made that tackle.

What exactly has Suarez done wrong? He committed a foul. He was sent off which was the punishment and a penalty was given.

I want people like Suarez in my team. Someone who understand the risk/benefit equation. Someone willing to take a CHANCE instead of certainty of a GOAL.

Suarez should be applauded and not vilified. He took one for the team.

You could tell the ref didn't want to give it. He took way too long for something that looked that obvious.

Oh, I just remembered it was against Ghana Uruguay was playing against when Suarez 'intentionally' handled' the ball to stop a goal bound ball

Ghana’s defending on the first goal was shocking and likely killed their chances of advancing. I counted 5 avoidable defensive errors:
1. Cheap midfield giveaway with little pressure
2. Cross comes in and first Ghanaian defender misses it
3. Second Ghanaian misses it
4. Keeper with a weak save. Could’ve caught the ball or pushed it to the side
5. Ghanaian left back was ball watching while Uruguayan goal scorer runs in for an easy unmarked tap in

Absolutely shocking defending

Very strange decision here by the ref.

Note, its the ref who made the call...
