The onus is on the rest to wake up and do the needful…. Dance Ohangla all the way to the final and bring the cup to Africa.

Btw, have I told you that regardless of ethnicity, if you live along the floor of the Rift Vally, you will find running long distance races quite easy! You know quite well our Hellen Obiri is no Kalenjin. Even the late Sammy Wanjiru was no Kale. his wife took him out tho.and many others.

All it takes is for a country to pour resources into soccer. The way dictator Biya did it for Cameroon squad since coming to power. Pay bonuses on time and get them motivated. Abacha did the same and Idi Amin before him. Nigeria had a good squad but the NFF did them in. They were making money from the players. Pay us to include you in the squad kind of thing. As for Kenya, even Kabalega can tell you that our own Phillip Omondi is still talked about in bars over 40 years after taking Uganda to the finals of Africa cup. Show the kids of East Africa that football has a future, and they will beat the best teams. Tell us what goes on in West Africa apart from praying and football. At least in Kenya we chase elephants for kicks and giggles. Corruption and money from FIFA has corrupted the football bodies. They pay the players about $2 a league match. No wonder no one is interested in playing anymore! Take my team--> Gor Mahia, players have not been paid for 5 months!
