Argentina have all but eliminated themselves, 5-3-2, Messi will be incredibly isolated, Alvarez even more so. Can they get the ball where it matters? Are Acuna and Molina fleet-footed enough? Who picks up the 10? Can’t help but feel Argentina will be stuck in a back five with no way out.

It’s 3-5-2 I see on my feed not 5-3-2 for the argies. Good to see they’re trying something different and would give LVG something to think about unlike the USA that came with same ol and even conceded the same goals.

All the ingredients to be the worst game of the knockouts. Not sure what Argentina’s game plan is, don’t concede and hope for magic from Messi.
