I hope Amorim is not trying to emulate ETH's strategy of "sign every player that played for me at my previous club".

Spurs can have him if Brentford insists on a 70 million transfer fee from United. This story sounds suspect though as Spurs already has 2 key players that play in Mbeumo's position (Johnson and Kulusevski).

Thomas Heinrich Frank, dabbles in the odd bit of tinkering. From 4-3s to 3-5s, Mbuemo fits both, moreover, is everything Brennan isn’t. Kulusevki can play deep, left, right, do the okey-kokie and turnaround. Talent.

Solanke’s mediocre, Son is as closed to finish as he can get, one last hoorar perhaps. Richarlison hasn’t worked out. Tottenham need a goalscorer Bryan Mbanefo is just that. Goals. Cue 8 in 38 next season, including a hat trick vs Sunderland.

The MU rebuild is like watching the making of a Mexican taco!!!
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

We have to play Arsenal on the first day of the season. 🤦🏽 Plus a Manchester derby and 3 of last season's top 4 in the first 5 matches of the season. 😩

United is *the* problem. While watching the World Club Cup I noticed that former United LB Alex Telles was in the Botafogo team that beat PSG yesterday. As soon as he left United he won the Europa League with Sevilla and in his second season away from United he won the Brazilian championship and the Copa Libertadores (South American championship).

He joined the growing list of ex United players that immediately won trophies 🏆 after leaving United:

*Lukaku, Young, Mkhitaryan, and Darmian left United, and won Serie A in their first season at Inter, and the latter 2 played in 2 Champions League finals in 2 years.

*McTominay - won Serie A and the Serie A player of the season in his first season away from United

*Henderson - won the FA Cup with Palace

*Sancho - won the Conference League with Chelsea

*Malacia - won the Dutch league championship with PSV

*Antony - reached the Conference League final with Real Betis and has been playing like a reincarnation of Arjen Robben

If the reports are correct, Johnson will be playing a more central position come next year.

Like for real. They are throwing things together and hoping that they stick. Like Gab & Marcotti said, how do you go from trying to purchase a winger to shifting focus to getting a striker because the asking price of that winger is too expensive. Why not shift focus to the next best winger on your list? It’s like they want to cook jollof rice, but they’re making uncooked Jambalaya rice.

I cannot believe that United bid more than the transfer fees for Haaland, Isak, Kvaretskhelia, and Dembele - yet Brentford still think it is not enough.

Proven Premier League pedigree. Bullion Mbuemo, worth every penny. If it’s too too heavy, £50M large should bag Big Chris ChukWoodbuike from Notts Forest. Two words. Bargain. Proper big man up top.

My goodness - yet another United player that the loan club refused to sign (in addition to Sancho, Rashford, and Antony). Does anyone want any of United's players or will we end up with a situation where United actually pay other clubs to take players off their hands?
