Who knows? It might be a Mane(Senegal) vs Salah(Egypt) final, just like the two will duke it out for a World Cup spot.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Nice effort but you need a little more to beat Mendy in goal

At moment, Senegal is showing EG why they (Senegal) are rated number one in Africa

He scored from a botched back pass...
But he put himself in a position to take advantage of the loose ball.
And he didn't sub himself in nor did he decide on the position to play once he got in.
But it is okay...

There are multiple other things u can credit the manager, but surely not from his player benefitting from a botched backpass!

Gueye had been in the box zero times, Cisse brings on CK tells him to get forward, you have to be in position to capitalize on a 'botched back pass' which he was due to the tactical change... all credit to Cisse.

I honestly don't understand why txj finds it hard to admit the obvious things. I bet you if this was Liverpool and Klopp making the changes, he will take us on a tutorial about how dy/dx of the change by Klopp caused the opponents to botch a pass and have the player he just brought be right there to integrate the equation.

One of the better officiated games.
At least, this guy knows the rules of the game.
Congrats to Senegal.
Good job Equatorial Guinea. You gave a good account of yourself.
