So much for his experience. He doesn't trust the defenders and vice versa.

They should have fielded the young 22-year-old goalie who now wants out because he sees no future at Barça. Like packerland mentioned above, they should trust more of their youngsters.

I wonder what Xavi is up to now. :)

Barca executives are mortgaging the club’s future. Why not stop buying expensive players if you can’t afford to register them? They can’t move some players on huge contracts like De Jong and yet they want to sign an expensive player like Williams.

Not sure how much you know about this situation, but the current leadership is having to clean up years of reckless management.
They are cleaning and at the same time not helping their situation. They are signing players they have no business signing. They were warned about Olmo and yet they still signed him and now they can’t register him. Now they’re linked with Rashford, Vlhaovic & other top players. They need to stop mortgaging their future and just ride it out for the next 3-4yrs. They have the coach and young players to finish anywhere from 2nd-3rd in Liga for the next few years.

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp
