No Drogba, no threat.

Explain how Drogba has not won AFCON.

Yet the very year he retired CIV won AFCON without him.

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

That 2015 team won without scoring a lot of goals. The final was 0-0 , they won by via penalty kicks.

There is no player in Ivory coast that will keep managers up all night worrying how he will deal with him.
Winners do it the right way.

You play an open game with Morocco at your own peril.

They were robbed against both Spain and Portugal at the WC.

Most teams park the bus against them which is part of the reason they dont score a lot of goals sometimes.

But if you play open against them, you are asking for it.

I think CIV will chop 2 or 3 more goals against in the 2nd half as they search for a goal.

Do we have one? Did we have one in 2013? Do you need just one individual or is a good "TEAM" more worrying?

Zaha, Pepe, Cornet, are more of a threat than Emenike and Ideye. Dude you have no clue what you are talking about just be quiet.

Morocco might not win this game... and unless Niaja, Cameroun, Ghana, Senegal no wan play.. no easy stroll for any N. African team. They are pleasing to watch, until they jam dominating mid fields and very aggressive forwards. Once team adjust to local conditions and have a couple of games under their belt then pedigree shows up. My guess is one W. African team makes the final and two the semis.

Good game so far but the quality can be better given the talent on display, especially CIV

CIV and Senegal are the most underacheiving teams given the talent.

This referee is rubbish. The Moroccan pushed the Ivorian no foul. The Moroccan jumped into the Ivorian foul.
