Van Dijk will have another year in the legs, if extended (at all), not more than 12 months and a gradual phasing out. Sometimes one has to concede to time and not fall for its mirages. Fee's a bit overstated and is based on what Fernando Carro said a few years ago..
Talk is about an exchange of players as part of the deal, though it has to be said, the Germans do drive a hard bargain.
