Maths isn't your strongest suit.

Also, you don't have a strongest suit. :D
150M pounds for Wirzt
Caiceido 105M
Lavia 40M
Can you quit lying? Honestly! Seriously man, grow up.

Florian Wirtz, Alusiego. In. Chieftaincy, debatable. Plenty to prove. Hopefully Liverpool will draw Stoke in the FA Cup. Away. Evening kick-off. Let’s see what yer’ made of, you dozy kraut!

Stoke are no longer the Stoke of Pulis. That's Arsenal. :P

And needless to say, it’s only City swiping the credit card like Lagosians draped in “innocently acquired” Louis Vuitton on Instagram.

Frankfurt wont get that from anyone given the options available in the market atm...

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Who are the most expensive defenders in history?
Harry Maguire of Manchester United remains the most expensive defender to date following his move from Leicester City in 2019.

After a positive start to life at Old Trafford, Maguire has been weighed down by the size of his transfer fee and his place in Ten Hag's long-term plans remains unclear after being relieved of the club captaincy at Old Trafford.

Man City have reportedly paid €90 million for Gvardiol, but, when figures are adjusted to inflation, this would put him just behind Maguire in this list.

Two Dutch defenders appear next, as De Ligt's move from Ajax to Juventus in 2019 ranks second, and Virgil van Dijk of Liverpool is third.

Van Dijk has been a prime example of a player who has lived up to his fee, proving a key contributor to a host of Liverpool trophies under Jurgen Klopp and developing into one of the top defenders in the world.

Kerkez next.

Wonder what happens wrt incomings after that...

I suspect a period of departures might follow before any incomings...

And on that front, would seem that Tsimikas, Quansah and Nunez are the more advanced...

Hoping they look at the Brazillian left CB Alexsandro...He is a real player!

The mentality is always different. Top clubs are ready always, but regional clubs and their fans are always looking to rest

As a back up to Ibou I'm all for it. But as a replacement, no.

Agreed as a back up. Which would mean that the search for a successor to VVD continues, having missed out on Yoro and Huijsen...

Let's see who txj trusts more:

a) a man who has been coherent and lucid all of his life or...
b) an imbecile.
